Operational - Collaborate on the annual planning of the people analytics initiative needs and objectives to articulate the action plan and resources.
- Collaborate, execute, and follow up on data extraction and data automation (interface with payroll and other HRIS system) to secure that the source and flow of information is setup properly and without technical or functional incident.
- Collaborate, execute, and follow up on the data modelling to create the universe of data related to human resources (manpower and its demographics, KPI and indicator such as absenteeism, turnover, accident rate, promotion, training & development) within the Business Intelligence tool.
- Collaborate, execute, and follow up on the data analysis and reporting with the definition of the data display (tables, graphics, KPI, and indicators) and the selection of users with access definition, data perspectives with metrics and dimension filters.
- Collaborate, execute, and follow up on the data quality review with the definition of data management rules for non-coherent data or missing information, or data inconsistency.
- Collaborate, execute, and follow up on the data preparation and distribution of the reporting and analytics for each audience based on their needs and criteria.
- Collaborate on the coordination, review and monitor of the Business Intelligence platform with the implementation, maintenance and incident solving, with the global and local teams (human resource and IT).
- Collaborate, execute, and follow up on the daily or monthly review of human resources KPI and indicators for its analysis, and distribution with key stakeholders (human resources, business unit lead, hotel manager, finance).
- Collaborate on the continuous training for the human resource key users on the Business Intelligence platform and human resource balance scorecard.
- Secure and comply on the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems for data protection and confidentiality, based on corporate guidelines and local market particularities.
- Facilitate and collaborate with follow up and solving of incident and conflicts due to matrix organisation for the sake of common objectives and company culture.
- Collaborate on the preparation of the complex reports within the periodic requirements (on demand, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) of all the records (manpower and its demographics, KPI and indicator such as absenteeism, turnover, accident rate, promotion, training & development) based on corporate or official templates (audit, authorities, organization, regulation, and standards) by collaborating with global and local operation teams.
- Perform any other duties related to the department and required by the operation, within petition of the direct manager.

- Ensure compliance for proper communication and awareness related to labour risk prevention, implementation of emergency protocols and environmental programs.
