We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our automotive parts division. You will be responsible for running a profitable, efficient department through effective purchasing, inventory control, staff management, pricing, merchandising, and advertising.

PARTS MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE

LOCATION: SINT MAARTEN

The Parts Manager will:

  • Hire and develop a strong team; conduct performance reviews twice yearly, set targets, calculate incentive payments, and coach staff to success.
  • Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure proper receipt, location, and rotation of stock. Conduct perpetual stock checks to balance physical count with the Dealer Management System.
  • Develop the annual business plan and sales forecast. Minimize over-stocking and stock-outs. Perform lost sales analysis and report fill ratios monthly.
  • Prepare monthly report on major activities, efforts, and results. Use management reports to track inventory turns, emergency purchases, and obsolescence.
  • Update parties on order status, investigate and resolve customer concerns, and implement corrective actions. Stay competitive by analyzing market data and working with the marketing team on promotions.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Degree in Business or equivalent practical/specialized training.
  • 3–6 years in a similar capacity (automotive dealership preferred).
  • NSSW for Parts & Service, NADA Parts courses, Dealership Basics, Parts Stocking, Accessories Sales & Reconciliations.
  • Sound knowledge of budgets, financial statements, and cost control.
  • Certifications in RASSW for Service & Parts, NADA University online courses (or be willing to obtain) 
  • Valid Class C Driver’s license
