Part-Time Spa Receptionist

Job Summary:


The Tryall Club is seeking a professional and service-oriented Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from the first point of contact, whether in person or over the phone. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless spa operations by managing appointments, assisting guests and homeowners, and supporting administrative functions while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, homeowners, and clients in a warm and professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls and handle all telephone communications efficiently

  • Schedule spa appointments and coordinate therapist availability

  • Provide information on spa treatments, services, and retail products

  • Prepare guest registration forms, invoices, and billing documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of treatments and assist with commission tracking

  • Ensure the spa reception and welcome area are clean, organized, and inviting

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

  • Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs

  • Operate spa software, POS systems, and PBX systems

  • Ensure all indemnity forms are completed prior to treatments

  • Support daily spa operations and perform administrative duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Food Handlers Certification

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Experience with spa software and POS systems

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm and think clearly in emergency situations

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
