Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. This individual will play a key role in growing our brand awareness and engagement by developing and maintaining our online presence across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter)
• Design and create visually appealing social media graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical, product) to align content with company goals
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for content strategy
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is a plus
