💬 Position: Customer Service / Sales Associate

You’ll assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and recommending helpful products or services — all while creating a positive customer experience.


📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and assist customer calls professionally

  • Multitask: Speak and document interactions accurately

  • Provide clear, helpful responses

  • Maintain high quality and confidentiality standards

  • Be punctual, responsive to feedback, and ready to learn


🎯 Minimum Requirements

  • ✅ 3 CXC subjects (including English) OR

  • ✅ 6+ months of customer service experience OR

  • ✅ HEART Customer Service Certificate

  • ✅ Must pass a background check

  • ✅ Basic computer and data entry skills
