Job Summary
The PSRA Administrator oversees the full lifecycle of PSRA applications, renewals, transfers, compliance audits, and reporting. The role supervises PSRA HR Associates, liaises with regulatory partners, and ensures accurate and timely submission of all documentation within mandated service levels.
Manage end-to-end PSRA processing for all Security Officers across the Group.
Provide monthly expiration listings to Area Leadership and follow up for action.
Generate PSRA compliance dashboards and monthly reports.
Lead annual company PSRA renewal submissions.
Submit officer separation reports bi-weekly.
Liaise with Training School and FLD to ensure certification and firearm alignment.
Conduct compliance audits and site visits using SmartTask data.
Ensure secure weekly distribution of PSRA ID Cards.
Recommend improvements to PSRA processes and systems.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data security.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of administrative experience.
2+ years supervisory experience.
Knowledge of PSRA regulations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.
MUST own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
