  📚 Minimum Requirements

  (If you don't have these and have good command of the English language, please walk in; don't let this August opportunity pass you by.)

  • 3 CXC subjects / City & Guilds (including English)
    OR

  • 6 months of customer service experience
    OR

  • Customer Service Certificate from HEART

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Basic computer and data entry skills
    Night shifts available – consider our Overnight Shift: 6pm–4am!
