    Position: Customer Service / Sales Associate

    You’ll help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering products and services to meet their needs—all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
    Now Hiring for Both Day and Overnight Shifts: 6pm–4am


    Job Duties:

    • Answer and assist customer inquiries

    • Speak clearly and professionally

    • Actively listen and provide accurate information

    • Multitask by speaking and documenting simultaneously

    • Maintain quality standards and confidentiality

    • Be punctual, dependable, and a strong communicator

    • Respond to feedback and continuously improve

    📚 Minimum Requirements

    • 3 CXC subjects / City & Guilds (including English)
      OR

    • 6 months of customer service experience
      OR

    • Customer Service Certificate from HEART

    • Must pass a criminal background check

    • Basic computer and data entry skills
      Night shifts available – consider our Overnight Shift: 6pm–4am!


    What to Bring to the Interview:

    • Valid Government-issued ID (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License)

    • TRN

    • NIS

    • Qualifications (CXC, Degrees, HEART Certificate, etc.)
