Position Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Customer Re-engagement Specialists to join our Winback Team. In this critical role, you will contact former customers with the goal of understanding their needs, resolving any issues, and ultimately re-enrolling them in our services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reach out to previous customers via phone and other communication channels.
• Discuss previous service experiences and address any concerns or queries.
• Present new, tailored offerings and benefits to encourage re-enrollment.
• Achieve and surpass goals for customer re-engagement and re-enrollment rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Essential Entry Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year BPO sales experience.  
• Minimum of 4 CXC subjects (Math and English included) or equivalent education.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills required
• Superior customer service phone skills a must
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and be self-motivated
• Be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid Government issued ID
• Working knowledge of internet browsers and Windows based platforms
• Must pass a computer competency exam
• Must be flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic working environment
• Strong work ethic and strict schedule adherence is a must!
