We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented individual with excellent sales and negotiation skills to lead a group of agents on an outbound sales project.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring the day to day activity levels within an outbound sales call center.
  • Directly responsible for Agent Development.
  • Manage and develop a team of assigned Agents to meet and exceed performance, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction and any other relevant key operational metrics by providing them guidance, support and education.
  •   Review team and Agent performance and quality metrics on a regular basis to ensure that all operational metrics are met.
  •  Support, motivate, evaluate, develop and coach Agents to continually meet and exceed their individual / team targets
  •  Completes regular monitoring’s of team’s handled contacts and provide appropriate feedback, coaching and education to ensure Agents meet the minimum client requirements
  •  Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels whilst maximizing productivity in the team to ensure the desired financial goals.
  •  Provide “real time” support to Agents experiencing difficulties on calls and handles escalated irate and/or upset customers' inquiries promptly & professionally when necessary
  • Improve results by evaluating processes and recommending changes.
  • Coordinate and enforce system policies, procedures, and productivity standard

Education/Experience

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in sales required

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong sales skills
  • Good communication skills: written and oral 
  • Strong problem solving,  analytical and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of managing KPIs

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Possess a valid ID, TRN and NIS
  • Flexible to work after hours & weekends
