Outbound Agent Needed

We make outbound calls to a variety of businesses in the states to qualify them for free magazines specific to their business industry based on their answers to survey questions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage customers and confidently present products
• Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural tone
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Accurately update customer information in the system

Requirements

• Minimum CXC/GCE English Language or HEART Level II Certificate in Customer Service
• Valid government-issued ID
• Active commercial bank account
• Previous call centre experience is not a requirement
