Position Profile - Order Fulfillment Analyst

The Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for the management and execution of demand planning activities for the export and local subsidiary, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely reordering, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and operational efficiency.

Main Accountabilities

Demand Planning and Reordering

•   Monitor subsidiary inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

•   Prepare and manage purchase orders for stock replenishment based on sales trends, safety stock, and lead times.

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to support accurate demand forecasting.

Stakeholder Collaboration

•  Liaise with logistics, production, and warehouse teams to ensure containers are efficiently loaded and dispatched.

•   Work closely with sales teams to address customer needs and substitute unavailable products with suitable alternatives.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to address supplier-related challenges
