Optical Advisors - Portmore & Montego Bay

To meet and exceed the weekly sales target of the optical division by successfully completing sales transactions, while consistently providing service beyond customer’s expectations.

Courts Optical seeks to identify suitably qualified individuals to fill the abovementioned posts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales including Supa Shield targets.
• Complete stock movement and sales report daily
• Attend and provide appropriate reports at weekly sales meeting.
• Ensure that customers receive service that exceeds their expectations.
• Establish contact within 30 seconds of the customer entering the store.
• Explain terms and conditions of appropriate optical care techniques and credit contract clearly to the customer.
• Display good merchandising skills.
• Build and maintain Customer Client base.
• Provide periodic updates of competitor offerings and prices
• Effectively identify customer needs and address, escalating to Branch Manager where necessary.
• Keep customers advised of delivery changes/issues in a timely manner.
• Answer the telephone promptly and courteously.
• Ensure assigned area is clean tidy and accordingly tagged.
• Ensure all documents pertaining to the purchase are correctly and thoroughly completed.
• Provide relief service for Branch Manager
• Assist in the opening and closing of Store
• Have a basic knowledge of all products sold by COURTS.
