Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and supervise assigned team members to ensure a high level of operational performance and efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate team schedules to ensure punctuality and readiness for duty, optimizing the deployment of resources.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the secure transportation of cash and valuables.
  • Oversee compliance with all security protocols and measures.
  • Assist in the training and development of team members with a focus on enhancing operational skills, safety measures, and customer service excellence.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks and assignments, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient execution of armoured cash transportation services.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of operations and to address any operational challenges that may arise.
  • Manage and report any operational incidents, discrepancies, or security breaches promptly and in line with established reporting procedures.
  • Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and recommend preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
  • Perform any other duty as assigned within the scope of the position, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the department.

Requirements

  • An Associate Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar environment or a related industry, with a focus on supervision and operations.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and safety measures related to the transportation of cash and valuables.

 Special Conditions

  • Travel may be required occasionally for operational purposes.
  • Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays and for extended hours.
