Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive supervisor to lead security operations at our Jamalco site. The successful candidate will oversee team performance, enforce EHS standards, manage equipment, and support disciplinary processes while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supervisor to provide operational leadership at our Jamalco site. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management, performance, and well-being of our security team, while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational activities and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) incidents.
• Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of security officers through ongoing assessments and coaching.
• Lead and support disciplinary processes in a fair, professional, and timely manner.
• Oversee the maintenance and accountability of operational equipment (e.g., radios, chargers, smart task devices).
• Promote and support the welfare, professionalism, and overall conduct of all officers.
• Enforce EHS policies and ensure strict adherence to established procedures.
• Ensure all standing orders and post instructions are consistently executed.
• Attend disciplinary hearings and provide operational support to coordinators.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate in Supervisory Management or Industrial Security.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of industrial security operations.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
