Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing activities, drive operational efficiency, and lead a team. This role is responsible for meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, ensuring equipment reliability, and promoting a safe and collaborative work environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans in collaboration with management.
• Oversee daily production activities to achieve cost, volume, and quality targets.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to optimize efficiency and meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and address deviations promptly.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on product development, testing, and improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Oversee machinery installation, repairs, and upgrades.
• Lead and support production and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelors degree in Agriculture, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production processes, and machinery.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe work environment.
