Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is in charge of the entire facility including the workshops, drivers and the service department.

Organizational Effectiveness

• Manage operational and services functions.
• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of remote Operations (San Fernando and Tobago) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between the Operations and Service functions.
• Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
• Implementing health, safety and environmental programs to ensure adherence to legislated requirements.
• Providing advice on matters related to spare parts requirements, tools and equipment to improve efficiency, technology advances and business structure and growth.

Organizational Leadership

• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
