Operations Manager (Food & Beverage) – Hotel in Tobago

Location: Tobago (Hotel Industry)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Food & Beverage to join our hotel team in Tobago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring efficient management of all F&B departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management-level role within the hotel industry

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage teams, budgets, and service quality

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee food and beverage operations across all hotel outlets

  • Lead and supervise department managers and staff

  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery

  • Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control

  • Implement operational procedures and quality standards

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
