Operations Group Lead Investments & Client Portfolio Management

Lead investment operations end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Design and implement operating models for fund administration and structured products, oversee NAV, valuation, investor registry, distributions, and reporting, and coordinate with trading and technology to ensure seamless execution and drive transformation, while managing teams, stakeholders, and operational risks.

What we need?

• Experience in the development and launch of structured products.
• Design of operating models and effective control frameworks.
• Management of the full product lifecycle (from structuring to maturity).
• Client reporting and investor communication.
• Alignment of operational processes with trading desks (front-to-back).
• Pre- and post-trade support (limits, positions, and P&L reconciliation).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
• Leadership in system implementations, automation (STP), and digital transformation.
• Experience in reporting development and data quality management.
• Team leadership, stakeholder management, and strengthening of controls and regulatory compliance.
