Operations Administrator, the Executive will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the office on behalf of CaribbeanJobs.com:

Including but not limited to:

  • Effective management of petty cash (where applicable)
  • Organizing timely servicing of office equipment/ machinery (air condition units, security alarm system -batteries, printing equipment etc).
  • Help manage janitorial service- ensure office space is being cleaned and tidied up as required (windows, fridge, desks etc) and ensure that the individual has the tools to get the job done (cleaning agents, cloths etc)

 

  • Accurately and timely management of daily sales log/reports
  • Ordering couriers as well as dealing with incoming and outgoing post as per the directions of CaribbeanJobs.com
  • Adding and maintaining clients on CaribbeanJobs.com website as per the directions of sales team, under Regional Sales Manager guidance
  • Managing the customer relationship management system as per the direction of CaribbeanJobs.com
  • Dealing with all incoming e-mail queries to CaribbeanJobs.com from third parties jobseekers and recruiters as per the direction of CaribbeanJobs.com
  • Managing the credit control of third parties on behalf of CaribbeanJobs.com
  • Managing, maintaining and updating the lists for all company assets, including but not limited to – computers, mobile phones, headsets, chargers for all devices.
  • Managing office inventory for all supplies, including but not limited to – kitchen supplies, stationary, first aid, all other staff requirements.
  • Onboarding of new starters in RMS, including creating email login and seeking approval from IT department via Vulcan or the platform used by IT to ensure the new BDMs are added.
  • The Executive will be required to carry out other ad hoc tasks, such as but not limited to ordering mobile phones and computers

The Executive will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
