Seeking a proactive Office Manager to oversee operations, compliance, financial administration, payroll, and executive support within the Quantum Consortium. Minimum 3 years’ managerial or administrative experience required.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and operational activities across multiple entities
- Coordinate workflows, projects, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare reports, documentation, and executive support materials
- Maintain corporate records, governance documentation, and statutory filings
- Coordinate board and management meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Assist with budgeting, financial administration, and audit coordination
- Manage payroll administration and statutory deductions (PAYE, NIS, Health Surcharge)
- Coordinate banking operations, electronic file transfers (EFTs), wire transfers, and reconciliations
- Monitor accounts receivable and support debt recovery initiatives
- Implement policies, internal controls, and operational procedures
- Monitor AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance, and risk management obligations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in:
- Office Management
- Operations Management
- Financial Administration
- Or a similar managerial/administrative role
- Experience within a law firm, corporate environment, or multi-entity business structure will be considered an asset.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of AML compliance, payroll, budgeting, and office systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, banking platforms, and document management systems.
