Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized office environment, managing cleaning and tea station supplies, and supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors throughout the office premises.
  • Dust and clean desks, furniture, windows, doors, and office equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures.
  • Empty waste bins and dispose of garbage in accordance with company procedures.
  • Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
  • Clean and maintain kitchens, break rooms, tea stations, meeting rooms, reception areas, and other common spaces.
  • Prepare and replenish tea, coffee, sugar, and other refreshments for staff and visitors.
  • Monitor and take stock of cleaning materials, refreshments, and tea station supplies, reporting shortages promptly.
  • Maintain basic inventory records and assist with stock control.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards to management.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Assist with room setup for meetings, training sessions, and special events.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored after use.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or office support is an asset.
  • Basic English literacy skills, including reading, writing, and communication.
  • Basic mathematics skills for stock counting and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
