Open Positions in the Sales Department
Reservations Supervisor
Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring efficient handling of all room booking requests. This role involves supervising reservations agents, managing inventory and rates, implementing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Weddings Sales Manager
Drive revenue growth by managing and selling all aspects of wedding packages and events. The manager is responsible for prospecting, negotiating contracts, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for the couple and their guests.
Sales Coordinator
Provide essential administrative and sales support to the Sales team. Key responsibilities include preparing contracts, managing sales collateral, handling client inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with reports and presentations to ensure the smooth operation of the sales office.
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Convention and Events) Manager
Lead the sales efforts for securing and managing large-scale corporate and association meetings, incentive trips, conventions, and major events. The MICE Manager is responsible for targeted business development, establishing relationships with key industry stakeholders, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional event experiences that meet and exceed client expectations.
The Groups & Events Coordinator
Provides administrative and organizational support to the Groups and Events Manager. Key responsibilities include assisting with client communication, preparing and distributing event-related documents (such as BEOs and proposals), maintaining client files, processing deposits and payments, and coordinating internal logistics with various hotel departments to ensure all group and event details are executed accurately and on time. This role is vital for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and supporting the team's revenue goals.
