Candidate: · Must be able to work onsite · Perform administrative and clinical tasks. · Assess and identify patients’ needs, then implement and monitor the patient’s medical plan and treatment. · Ability to communicate effectively · Basic computer skills. · Professional, friendly attitude.
· Fluent in verbal and written English is preferred but not necessary.
· Able to multi-task, have demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
· Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment.
· Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
· Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts.
· Working closely with doctors and assist them during consultation.
· Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
· Preparing patients for exams and treatment
· Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
· Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team
· Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
· Assisting in medical procedures as needed
· Operating and monitoring medical equipment
· Drawing blood, and other body fluids for lab work if necessary
· Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions.
