NURSE MANAGER

The incumbent will lead the clinical and operational management of the Heart Foundation’s health services, fostering a culture of medical excellence, professional accountability, and patient-centered care. S/he will oversee both in-house and mobile screening teams, ensuring strict adherence to international medical standards, efficient resource management, and the seamless delivery of cardiovascular health programs across Jamaica.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) currently licensed with the Nursing Council of Jamaica.
• Proven supervisory or management experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Specialist experience in A&E, ICU, or Operating Theatre (OT) is a distinct asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to work weekends and travel island-wide for mobile clinics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
