• Be the first point of contact for patients and insured individuals

• Handle calls with empathy and professionalism

• Use provided scripts and case details to resolve inquiries

• Ensure each interaction is a step toward better care and service

🧠 We’re Looking for People Who:

• Have a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter’s ID)

• Possess TRN, NIS, and Birth Certificate

• Hold proof of academic or vocational training (High School Certificate, three (3) or more CXCs including English & Mathematics or Heart Level 2 or above certificate)

• Can type 20 words per minute or more

• Bring a warm, patient, and service-first attitude to every call

• Can multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
