We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of customer supervisor./ financial background
The individual will directly supervise a small team within the Operations department, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. He/she must possess good leadership skills with the ability to drive successful performance of a team. A strong financial background is essential and must be integrated into the role to support decision-making, budgeting, and performance analysis. Proven sales/customer service experience (preferably in the BPO industry) with the ability to effectively coach and motivate a team of sales representatives is required.
**Summary of Responsibilities**
- Coaches and develops a team of sales agents/representatives to achieve their individual performance goals as well as team goals.
- Monitoring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance.
- Rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with team members, effectively monitor, and evaluate job performance, and coach and develop team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers across departments.
**Education / Experience**
- Diploma in a relevant field OR minimum 1 year proven BPO customer service and leadership experience.
- Must have a financial background and demonstrate the ability to incorporate financial analysis into team management.
- MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
