💬 What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service support via phone or digital channels

• Complete client transactions and return follow-up calls as needed

• Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics

• Work within set guidelines and policies to deliver excellent service

🧠 Required Skills:

• Preferably 6+ months in customer service or call center experience

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized

• Proficient in internet use and computer typing

• Strong command of spoken and written English

• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

• Typing speed of 20 WPM minimum

• Must have a wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not supported)

• NIS, TRN, and Birth Certificate

• Proof of Qualifications (any of the following):

  • 3 CXC subjects including English A

  • HEART Level 2 Certificate
