Night Nurse/Veterinary Doctor's Assistant

Must be self-motivated, have a genuine love for animals and excellent customer service skills. Starting pay $16,500.00 to $19,000.00 weekly. Quarterly paid Performance based bonus. Company pays 80% of Health Insurance. Sundays, Public Holidays and Days' off are paid double time.

🐾 Job Opportunity – Veterinary Nurse / Technician

Noah’s Ark Veterinary Clinic is currently seeking a compassionate and hardworking Veterinary Night Nurse to join our team.

Main Duties:
• Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures
• Provide basic nursing care and monitor animal patients
• Safely restrain animals for treatment and procedures
• Assist with laboratory work (blood, urine, and fecal sample collection)
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments, treatment areas, kennels, and cages
• Educate pet owners on medication, aftercare, and general animal health
• Maintain accurate patient medical records

Qualifications:
• Minimum of four (4) CXC subjects, including Mathematics,English Language and any science subject.
• Previous veterinary or animal care experience is an asset but not required
