💬 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide professional customer support via phone and/or digital channels

• Help real people navigate benefit services that matter

• Process client transactions and follow up as needed

• Maintain service quality and meet performance goals

• Work within set policies and team structures

🧠 What You’ll Need:

• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure

• Comfortable using the internet and digital tools

• Prior customer service experience is a plus!

📎 Required Documents:

• Valid Government-Issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID)

• TRN, NIS, and Birth Certificate

• Proof of Qualifications:

  • 3 CXC Subjects (including English A) OR

  • HEART Level 2 Certificate OR

  • Resume with experience

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
