MUST BE ABLE TO DO VISITS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:30 AM AND 4:00 PM - MONDAYS - FRIDAYS


Income Opportunity Ranging from JMD $4,000 - $6,500 (depending on assignment) for up to TWO - FOUR HOURS doing what you do for free — evaluating experiences, exploring products and services offered and assessing the quality of customer service from a well-established financial services group offering banking, insurance and investment solutions. 

 

Must be 25 years or older to qualify for application

  • Savanna-la-Mar

We are looking for Mystery Shoppers/Service Checkers who would like to get paid to visit a well-established financial services group offering banking, insurance and investment solutions as a regular customer would, and report on specific aspects of the experience in three easy steps:

1. You will be scheduled a visit
2. You will complete the visit on a specified date
3. Send in your report via computer/tablet

  

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

- A PC/Tablet with reliable Internet connection


- Persons who are observant, articulate, great attendtion to details and are able to provide a detailed feedback 

 

- This project will require the Shopper to open a bank account, a credit card, apply for a loan, submit a claim or check on an existing portfolio. If you are opening an account you must have the required documentation such as job letter, last 3 months pay slips/prrof of income, proof of address and valid TRN/ID. ***This is only applicable if the Shopper is not an existing customer of the financial institution)***

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mystery shopping visits as per assignment instructions
  • Observe and evaluate customer service and quality of the service provided
  • Submit detailed reports within specified timeframes using the survey platform provided


-EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS | MUST HAVE A GOOD COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE!


- A Jamaican Bank Account in order to receive payments for the completed assignment.

You will be required to complete a 30 minutes online training session via ZOOM prior to the commencement of the project. This training will assess how we want the mystery shopping conducted and guidance on what specific questions and scenarios that you should be presenting in order to satisfy the requests of our client.

  • We are seeking persons who have a passion for Customer Service and would like to contribute to the development of Customer Experience in Jamaica.
  • We want reliable shoppers who when assigned act with integrity and visit the location, call and email at the times they have been assigned.
