We are inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals to join our Finance Department in the listed roles. These positions play a vital role in supporting our financial operations through accurate transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting.

CAREER OPPORTUNITY

 

Accounts Payables Officer:

Responsible for the timely processing of payments, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key duties include processing accounts payable transactions and journals, preparing payments with appropriate documentation, responding to supplier enquiries, and assisting with cash flow projections.

Candidates should have at least one year of accounting experience, an AAT Level II or equivalent qualification, and good communication and organizational skills.

 

General Ledger Officer:

Supports the integrity of the company’s financial records by managing general ledger entries, preparing financial statements, and assisting with audits. Responsibilities include posting A/P invoices and payment batches, preparing journal entries and depreciation schedules, analyzing account movements, and producing monthly and annual reports.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA Level 2, with at least two years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

 

Reconciliation Officer:

Ensures the maintenance of accurate financial records by conducting regular reconciliations of bank statements, intercompany accounts, and petty cash.

Responsibilities include investigating variances, preparing journals for corrections, validating petty cash disbursements, and supporting month-end close activities.

Candidates should possess an AAT Level II or Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance (a BSc. is an advantage), with at least one year of experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
