Role Description

PR ETC Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Officer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in producing compelling visual content for both the agency and our diverse range of clients. From concept to execution, you'll help bring ideas to life through high-quality graphics, videos, and multimedia assets that align with brand and campaign goals.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos at corporate, promotional, and client events.
• Edit and enhance visual content for use across multiple channels, including social media, web, print, and broadcast (TV/radio ads).
• Design and produce static and motion graphics for advertising, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Manage multimedia projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and clients to conceptualize, refine, and execute creative ideas.
• Produce corporate videos, event coverage, and promotional materials tailored to different audiences.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative outputs.
• Maintain and organize multimedia equipment, ensuring readiness for events and productions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, software, and best practices in photography, videography, and design.
• Perform other creative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
• Excellent editing skills in both photo and video production
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, or a related role
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
