🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing & analyzing commercial lease and loan applications

• Making fast and accurate credit decisions using tools like Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, Equifax, and more

• Validating financials, bank statements, and business details

• Communicating clearly with Sales Reps and Management

• Underwriting according to policy and compliance standards

• Working closely with multiple departments across the company

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

• 2–4 years’ experience in credit, leasing, or loan underwriting (preferred)

• Excellent time management & organizational skills

• Strong communication & problem-solving abilities

• Ability to type at least 20 WPM

• You must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to get things DONE

💼 Perks & Conditions:

• Workdays: Monday to Saturday

• Must have: Valid ID, TRN, NIS, and Birth Certificate

• Clean Police Record – company-paid

• Drug screen may be required (company-paid)

• Located on-site in Montego Bay
