Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Cards & Payments team in the capacity of:
Merchant Fulfillment Associate (Contract)
Provide support to the Cards & Payments Unit in executing the point-of-sale fulfilment process.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the department.
Assist with the timely preparation and dispatch of point-of-sale devices and all related materials to merchants.
Location: Kingston
As a Merchant Fulfillment Associate, you will:
- Prepare hardware (devices etc.) for key injection and programming.
- Package hardware (devices etc) and merchant collateral for dispatch.
- Accurately update PRIME with necessary device details.
- Effect proper management of hardware and related materials.
- Receive incoming hardware (devices etc) according to policies and procedures.
- Update appropriate records with terminal details.
- Process devices to be sent for key injection, repair, destruction etc.
- Liaise with team members to ensure that issues are routed to the appropriate departments.
- Liaise with service providers.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative tasks and operations.
- Sound knowledge of computer software packages including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
- Detail oriented skills set.
- Working knowledge of electronic delivery channels i.e. ABMs, IVR, POS, Call Centre and Internet Banking to support sales initiatives.
- Proven ability to operate within a multi-project environment and perform under tight deadlines, with high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
- Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills to build and maintain effective working relationships and elicit cooperation from internal and external partners throughout all management levels.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, understanding and responding).
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative, independently and in a team environment.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
