Merchandiser - Montego Bay
A leading Distribution Company is seeking to identify a results-oriented individual to join its team as a Merchandiser in the Montego Bay area. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, along with a passion for merchandising excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure products are attractively displayed and adequately stocked at assigned locations
Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel
Monitor product performance and provide timely feedback to the sales team
Maintain brand consistency and support promotional activities
Ensure adherence to company merchandising standards
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
At least 3 years’ experience in a Merchandising role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented
A good team player with a high level of integrity and responsibility
