Membership/Marketing Manager

Focus on getting new members, managing a team of corporate sales executives and providing follow-up and Support to all programmes

• Increase membershp sign-ups according to sales goals and suppport the highest standards of member-customer service in attending to: new membership applications, membership renewals, refund-return, repair and replacement of merchandise
• Supports the annual Marketing Plan which includes the distribution of campaign materials, communication and training of the staff.
• Support local and regional promotional programmes of our Cobranded Credit Card and increase in the amount of dual credit card holders in the country by promoting benefits
• Plan, execute, control and oversee local promotional activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail.
• Achieve the minimum renewals required by the Club each month
• Perform "Manager on Duty" functions as required.
• Monitor employees' performance and review training needs as required
• Responsible for the efficient administration of department budget
