The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing Administrative and Secretarial services to support the effective and efficient operations of the Department.
The Organisational Development (OD) Officer is required to perform organisational reviews, conducts research, develops and recommends effective solution for the adoption and implementation, restructurings and preparation of policy and procedural manuals.
The Organisational Development (OD) will provide a revised Organisational Structure that is suited to the delivery of the Trust’s mandate; develop and recommend effective organisational development and change management solutions for adoption and implementation.
