To provide strategic leadership, policy direction, and guidance for the administration function, ensuring effective integration and management of critical support services across the Ministry, its departments, and agencies.
In collaboration with the Board, the CEO establishes the vision, mission and values; and provides direction to the senior executives to align the vision to the strategic initiatives.
The incumbent is required to plan, organize, develop and administer uniform human resource management policies, procedures and programmes, as well as provide support and technical advice.
