About Us:

KPMG Jamaica's delivery center, Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), provides back office support to KPMG United States. We are expanding our operations to support the  Events & Meeting process area.

 Job Summary:

In this role, you will collaborate with team members from KPMG Lakehouse, the firm’s learning and innovation center, to provide ongoing support in the development and execution of in-person programs and events that align with stakeholder needs and firm objectives. You will be responsible for site builds, creation of custom and standard reports, development of pre- and post-event communications, room block administration, and attendee management. Additionally, you will support all event-related technology tools and platforms used throughout the event planning cycle.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with planners and stakeholders by utilizing event related technology and platforms to plan and execute live events with the expectation of varying scalability.
  • Create web sites and surveys in the event management tool (Cvent) that meet the objectives of the event and capture essential data to align with program goals.
  • Facilitate program communications within Cvent and edit communications as required, including invites, reminders, confirmations, surveys and other post event communications.
  • Act as primary contact to create and schedule standard and custom reports for the planner and stakeholder from pre-to-post event.
  • Support the ongoing verification of data integrity and reconciliation of data within Cvent.

 Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in event coordination or executive assistance
