The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders. The role requires building strong professional relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product knowledge is effectively communicated to drive market share and brand growth. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:         

  • Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across assigned territories in Trinidad.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Organize and conduct product presentations, educational sessions, and promotional events.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives in line with company strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and expenses in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, regulatory) to ensure aligned execution of strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.

 REQUIREMENTS:

 Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.

 Experience/Knowledge:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (experience in Trinidad market preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and sales practices.

 Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 Additional Requirements:

  • May be required to own a reliable vehicle based on Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory if needed assigned route.
