The incumbent is responsible for promoting the assigned product lines through product detailing, building relationships with Physicians, Pharmacists’ and other health care professionals with the specific goal of increasing the company's profitability and presence.

Core Responsibilities:

Developing the maximum profitable sales of the Company's products in the assigned territory through sale of the brand.

Delivering high end sales presentations to stakeholders through outlining specific objectives, maintaining customer's interest, handling objections, and highlighting products and benefits with the use of relevant literature and visual aids.

Building and maintaining positive working relationships and becoming a value-added partner through visits to physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other health care  professionals.

Positions and sells the Sandoz brand in line with the brand plans and makes full and effective use of customer engagement tools

Develops strong relationships with identified target customers on the basis of trust and perceived added value to the customer in the form of personal expertise and the ability to help customers to solve problems and achieve their objectives

Plan work schedules and weekly timetables

Keep the Healthcare community informed about the characteristics, advantages and benefits of institutional therapies aligned to marketing strategy in terms of brand positioning, key audiences and promotional messages, using F2F or virtual channels.

Keep an optimal level of preparation in subjects related to the institutional business and drugs, keeping an appropriate academic standard and aligned to the therapeutic area expectations.
