Build business by selling goods to customers and maintaining relationships with key clients, including physicians, pharmacists and hospital personnel. Identify new sales opportunities and markets.
Key Responsibilites and Accountabilities
Visit customers as per cycle schedule and communicate information through presentations, professional educational activities and other appropriate means.
Distribute appropriate product literature, samples and promotional items.
Collect and report significant market trends, marketing and competitive information. Analyse and plan, utilizing sales history, market trends, cycle routes and call activity reports, to ensure optimum sales.
Submission of weekly call and activity reports.
Execute sales and marketing promotions to physicians, pharmacists and hospital personnel.
Properly organize and store all company’s samples, literature and other supplies.
Attend training seminars as required.
Plan and execute ‘round table’ physicians meetings and new product launches.
Work with Health Care related organizations to assist in the coordination and implementation of educational programmes in Trinidad and Tobago.
Develop a competitive database, recording and keeping current, all prices, competitive prices and activity, marketing strategies, promotions, etc.
Monitor prescriptions in the pharmacies.
Follow-up and take corrective action regarding complaints.
Assist in any other area as necessary in support of Company activities
Maintain and improve the Company’s quality system.
Assist in other areas of work based on the needs of the department and any other area as necessary in support of Company activities.

First degree in a Health Science related subject
2-3 years’ experience in the Health Care Industry
Valid driver’s permit
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Knowledge of GUI SX Enterprise.
