Role Overview

Professionals joining KareKapital will work within a collaborative healthcare environment focused on delivering comprehensive and patient-centered care. Depending on discipline and licensing requirements, services may be delivered through telemedicine consultations or approved in-person mobile care settings. 

Our integrated care model enables  medical specialists and wellness professionals to work together to address both medical conditions and the lifestyle factors that influence long-term health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations, with the potential for approved  in-home consultations where applicable

• Assess symptoms, medical history, psychological wellbeing, or lifestyle factors affecting health

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans or wellness programs

• Provide preventative health guidance, patient education, and lifestyle counselling

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

• Support chronic disease management and long-term wellness improvement

• Maintain accurate clinical or professional documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards

• Uphold ethical, professional, and patient confidentiality standards

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria according to their professional discipline:

• Relevant medical or professional degree and valid professional license (where applicable)

• Registration with the relevant professional body

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and professional ethics

• Comfort using telemedicine and digital healthcare platforms
