Objetive
Responsible for the efficient operations of the packaging line, palletizers, and other auxiliary operating equipment in the production plant.
Skills and education level:
- Communication skill.
- Coordination skill.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Craft certificate or Technician Diploma.
- Training in Occupation Safety and Health.
Responabilities:
- Prepare move orders for raw materials & supplies.
- Creation of requisitions.
- Distribution of Employees Time.
- Daily silo & fuel quantification.
- Month end stock taking.
- Retrieving sacks.
- Charge Hand duties.
- Cleans all sensors, transmitters and receivers at Packer and palletizers and ensures proper alignment.
- Process Sampling.
- Carry out necessary mechanical repairs, maintenance and installation.
- Maintenance Planning / execution.
- Light/Routine maintenance of Plant Equipment.
- Diagnosis & correction of minor plant problems.
- Start Up & Shut Down checks of Plant & Generator.
