Mechanical Lead Technician

Assume a lead role for maintenance activities associated with Client facilities. Experience in Industrial Environment (e.g. Petrochemical, Port, Terminal, Marine Operations).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assume a lead role for maintenance activities associated with Client facilities and interface effectively with maintenance contractors, other departments and stakeholders to achieve Company objectives.
2. Maintain function and reliability of mechanical and civil infrastructure and equipment by developing and implementing a preventative maintenance programs.
3. Review or develop scope, estimates schedules, budgets, procedures and work packages for Maintenance Works.
4. Manage the interface with contractors, operations personnel and other relevant parties during work execution.
5. Supervise execution of works and services provided by third-party contractors.
6. Monitor the maintenance contractor's budget, schedule and resource usage on a weekly basis. 
7. Perform all other job related functions as required.
