The incumbent is responsible for the students' health, hygiene, and overall welfare, while also contributing to the smooth running of the dorms base on compliance and the regulations of the Ministry of Education.

  •  To supervise and implement/maintain the strategies, policies, systems and procedures in respect of student services in the college.This includes non-academic programmes that will provide for the total development of students, for example, leadership and youth programmes such as mentorship, social clubs, etc.

 To comply with the standards and make the familiarisation of these a priority, such as registering students regularly as directed if necessary, to ensure that every student’s whereabouts is known at any time.

 To ensure that the individual circumstances, needs, strengths and weaknesses of each student are identified and known so that individual opportunities, talents and potential are developed and maximised.To provide supervision; to ensure the safety and security (including emotional) of all students at all times when they are in the college’s charge

  •  Ability to be well organized, proactive and calm under pressure
  •  Resourceful and resilient
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent judgment
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
