MatandaraClarke Architects have over 25 years experience in the industry  specifically hotel, residential and commercial design. The directors have  worked with the top International hotel designers and architects and have  a creative synergy that blurs internal and external spaces. Creating  experiential developments that leave lasting sensual impressions on the user.

Our collaborative approach creates a truly integrated and holistically  resolved product. All of our work is undertaken using Building Information  modelling which enhances coordination of all aspects of the design leaving  more time for creativity with less time and money spent on resolving issues  later on in the process. Using such an approach to design means all areas  of the project are managed and incorporated in the overall planning.

Our projects are imbued with a fusion of internal and external spatial design.  The architectural and interior design solutions are intertwined such that a  common language is seen throughout down to the font used for way-finding.

The directors have over 25 years experience in the hotel sector designing for  diamond resorts Half Moon, Goldeneye and hotel operators Starwood,  Rosewood, Marriott, Four Seasons, Intercontinental amongst other bespoke  villas and residences. MatandaraClarke also has extensive experience in  the lifestyle residential and retail design sector.

Developments such as the soon to be completed JPS Customer Service Centre in Kingston, Sunridge Resort and Spa in Oracabessa and Sandy Haven Hotel in Negril are some of our very exciting projects based in Jamaica. Along with masterplanning projects such as the award winning EcoVista Smart City and Sawari Lifestyle Development in Guyana. are examples of the  size, complexity and quality of experience due to projects the directors have worked on.
