Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior automotive technician to supervise preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on motor vehicles at the Jetour Jamaica Service Center – Kingston.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise inspections, routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and plan repairs for complex issues

- Collaborate with other members of the dealership service team to ensure efficient workflow

- Oversee work-shop safety

- Remain up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments

Qualifications:

- 3+ years working as a Master Technician at an automotive dealership servicing new vehicles.

- ASE, JAGAS certification (or equivalent)

- Strong knowledge of computerized vehicle systems and mechanics for ICE, EV, PHEV and HEV

Requirements:

- Excellent trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills

- Effective communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Remain attentive to details and safety whilst working in a demanding environment
