The ideal candidate will offer both traditional techniques and modern, tech-enhanced therapies that align with the Company’s luxury experience.

📍 Location

The British Virgin Islands. Known for privacy and personalized service, that caters to guests seeking tranquility, comfort, and unique island experiences.

🛠 Core Responsibilities

• Provide expert massage services: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Myofascial, and custom blends.
• Deliver modern wellness treatments including:
• - Percussive therapy (e.g., Theragun, Hypervolt)
• - Infrared or hot stone therapy
• - CBD-enhanced massage oils (as permitted by law)
• - Manual lymphatic drainage and use of smart compression tools
• - Sound therapy and VR-assisted relaxation (optional)
• Conduct personalized wellness consultations and tailor treatments to each guest’s needs.
• Offer On-call, private residences, in-villa treatments or set up massage experiences in designated resort and or private spaces.
• Coordinate with concierge team to design wellness experiences that align with guests’ preferences.
• Maintain high hygiene standards, proper use of products and tools, and accurate treatment records.
• Certified and licensed Massage Therapist (BVI license or eligibility to obtain one required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional spa, resort, or wellness setting.
• Additional certifications in modalities such as lymphatic drainage, hot stone therapy, or energy work are a plus.
• Familiarity with percussive devices, wellness tech tools, and holistic approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
• CPR and First Aid certification will be an asset
• Natural ambiance: beachside, private, resorts or in-villa sessions enhanced by ocean breeze and waves.
• Personalized treatment planning using wellness assessments or biometric insights.
• Integration with guest activities: recovery-focused massages after excursions, relaxing treatments before or after dining.
• Use of calming soundscapes, aromatherapy, and natural oils tailored to the island environment.
• Passion for wellness, healing, and providing high-touch guest care.
• Open to working on an island setting with a small, collaborative team.
• Comfortable delivering services in private, resort, villa settings or open-air environments.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to the rhythms of island operations.
